In the Meantime... An Update on Customs
We're aware the wait times for custom orders have been longer than we'd like for a significant period of time.To manage this, we're hitting the pause button on custom orders starting Tuesday, September 26th
But fret not! Tailored-to-you options will be back Tuesday, October 17th. We'll keep you updated if there is any change to this date.
Current Orders
If you've already placed an order, you're all set! There will be no interruptions. Your order will continue to be processed and shipped as normal.
Last Call for New Custom Orders
You have until 11:59 PM PST on Monday, September 25th, to place a new custom order before the temporary halt.
The Future of Custom Orders
This pause also gives us an opportunity to make some changes to the way we accept custom orders to prevent problems like this from occurring in the future. We're committed to bringing back custom orders in a way that aligns with our core mission to provide you with an outstanding experience from ordering to delivery (and beyond!).
We're working diligently to iron out the details, so keep an eye out for updates.
We will be making tough decisions regarding the future of some of our less popular colorations.If you've had your heart set on a specific coloration, we recommend acting before Tuesday's deadline.
