Important Updates to Our Loyalty Points System

Dear Twin Tail Creations Community,

We are excited to bring you some new updates about our rewards system that are aimed at providing you with even greater value. As we continually strive to enhance your experience with us, we have made a decision to reevaluate our current Loyalty Points and Rewards program.

After carefully analyzing the usage data of our Loyalty Points and Rewards program, we've found that it has relatively low usage among our customer base. Some customers would make large use of the program and reap exceptional benefits, but many did not see any benefit at all. Therefore, we've made the difficult decision to phase out this program. Don't worry, though! We're not leaving you empty-handed.

Please note, your existing Loyalty Points will still remain valid and can be redeemed until 7/1/2023.

In place of our Loyalty Points and Rewards program, we are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting more sales events throughout the year. This new approach will allow us to provide everyone with a chance to enjoy our high-quality products at a great value. Additionally, these sales will be primarily focused on certain product features to ensure a straightforward pricing structure among different models. We also plan to introduce a greater number of discount codes.

It's important to clarify that this change does not preclude future customer loyalty programs. In fact, all data from the current program has been safely stored. Should we launch a Loyalty Points program in the future, we will make every effort to honor your existing loyalty tier.
