UV-Reactive: Glows in the presence of UV-Light!
Our new Seasonal Colorations, Honey Amber, Starry Seas, Lavender Lightning, and Snow Capped, all fantastically transform under blacklight. Each color option is inspired by a place or thing that has a certain je ne sais quoi, something that makes us think of the season no matter what time of year it is.
Honey Amber, which is discounted during the months of March, April, and May, is similar in pour-style and effect to Opal, one of our most popular colorations. We pictured the flowing, golden sweetness of nature's busiest bees, frozen in time when coming up with this one.
Starry Seas, which is discounted during the months of June, July, and August, doesn't have a contemporary in our store. When making this color, we specifically had the spectacular photos of bioluminescent beaches in mind.
Lavender Lightning, which is discounted during September, October, and November, made a brief appearance in inventory drops a long time ago, and we are happy to release it now. The ribbon of white that splits the toy is the only UV-reactive color, making a brilliant bolt of lightning when under blacklight that reminds us of Autumn storm seasons.
Snow Capped, which is discounted during December, January, and February, uses a bit of a trick we are trying for the first time. The UV-reactive peak is highly fluorescent under blacklight, and scatters off of the glimmering silver snow in the main shaft for a bit of directional sparkling. The base of each toy has a unique 'snowflake' on the bottom that is also UV reactive.
